- 2 Large stalks of kale or 4 cups of leaves
- 1 TBS of oil (olive , avocado, grapeseed , ect)
- 1 1/2 TBS of nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/8 cayenne
- 1/4 pink salt
Hey guys here’s one of my favorite quick healthy snacks! These kale chips are surprisingly tasty and there are so many ways other ways you can flavor these babies . If you try this out please let me know what you think .
